Purpose of the role To ensure compliance with legal regulations;pertaining tothe importation of goods intoUnited States of America. Responsibilities Oversee and track all incoming shipments from multiple vendors Communications with shipping lines/airlines to obtain documentation on all arrivals. Classification of shipments per US Customs Tariff codes Processing of FTZ admission entries (CF214) andsubmittingto US Customs via the ACE Monitor release of cargo and coordinate pickup or delivery of cargo to warehouse Prepare duty-paid entries for bonded Testers, GWPs, Shortages, etc. Create internal documents toreceivinggoods in inventorysystem. Maintain permit/master file folder per U.S. Customs Regulations Calculate storage charges (if any) and requestcheck. Prepare andFilewith U.S. Customs Discrepancy Reports for Shortage or Damages What we are looking for 3 years of experience in a similar role, experience in import and export procedures.
