Air Import/Export Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Air Import/Export Coordinator to manage international air freight shipments from origin to destination. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with CargoWise, strong knowledge of import/export regulations, and the ability to coordinate shipments in a fast‑paced logistics environment while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor international air import and export shipments from booking through final delivery. Prepare and review shipping documentation including Air Waybills (AWBs), commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
