Sales Support Manager

A global leader in container leasing is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Manager of Container Sales Support to serve as the operational backbone of their North America sales division. The Role: You’ll own the end-to-end order management process, bridge the gap between commercial, operations, and treasury teams, and keep the sales engine running smoothly — all while reporting directly to the VP of Container Sales & Trading. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end order processing with accuracy and efficiency Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders Manage the NAM global gate buy list and oversee portal entry and pricing Monitor and coordinate accounts receivable with the treasury team Deliver weekly reports on commercial and operational performance to leadership Support the sales team on email and portal quoting while reps are traveling Drive continuous process improvement and resolve operational challenges proactively What You Bring: 5+ years in sales support, order management, or commercial operations Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Familiarity with Mistral, CLM, or similar container/lease management systems a strong plus Background in container leasing, shipping, freight, or supply chain preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
