Bookkeeper $50,000 - $55,000 Our Client, a reputable company in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities for the role of Bookkeeper: * Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, data entry, and record maintenance. * Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures. * Reconcile financial statements, bank accounts, and general ledgers on a regular basis. * Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets. * Monitor and maintain petty cash transactions and reconcile them with receipts. * Prepare and submit timely tax forms and reports as required. * Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures, including account analysis and journal entries. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
