Maximizes SCM operation efficiency by building mid- and long-term resource management strategy through in-advance-discussions regarding mid- and long-term demands.**Role and Responsibilities:*** Run weekly PSI process, work with GOC and factories to receive SOP and RTF to our demand. Discuss and address shortages with Factories and GOC in Suwon.* Provide ATS availability and aging model list to PM and Sales to close any sales gap and monitor aging reduction progress.* Provide input to BM for AP2 buffer management to meet EOH targets and manage inventory risks* Provide financial estimates for the category on a weekly basis that provide guidance to Leadership and the rest of the LOB to manage the business.* Liaison with Suwon HQ (GOC), improve processes and reduce costs**Skills and Qualifications*** Minimum of 8-12 years of experience* Bachelor’s degree required* Critical knowledge of PSI process, inventory management, internal systems (NSCM,NERP), automation skills and effective communication skills#LI-AL1Life @ Samsung - @ Samsung - full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 12 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 12 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
