About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running their own startup within the industrial tech sector. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to scale their business to €100M+ in revenues. The Head of Sales will be supported by a network of serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving 1:1 sparring, intensive coaching, and access to a community of the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. The focus will be on personal and professional development, with a fully customized program to enhance goal, time, and energy management. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a high level of responsibility, and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities include team building, distribution, and support in reaching product-market fit. The Head of Sales will also be involved in the process of securing multi-million euro funding rounds and will be expected to iterate their product and build a sales force or marketing engine as needed.
