What You'll Be Doing

We bring in the opportunities.

You'll handle inbound calls from homeowners, build trust fast, understand what's going on in their situation, present offers, work through objections, and close.

No cold calling. No chasing leads.

Your job is to perform when the opportunity lands in front of you.

A steady flow of inbound leads, proven scripts and systems, hands-on training in real estate acquisitions, daily coaching and feedback, and a competitive remote team that pushes each other to get better. A draw is available during ramp for qualified candidates. Top performers make $250K a year.

Who This Is For

You bring energy to a conversation, you communicate clearly, and people connect with you easily. You're confident but coachable. Rejection doesn't rattle you, and you're used to earning what you get.

Compensation

The role is 100% commission, with a draw available during ramp. Inbound opportunities are provided.
