Join a growing manufacturing team specializing in the production of ceramic and glass tile products. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor who are looking for long-term career growth.

SHIFTS : Day, Swing & Graveyard available

• Sort, inspect, stack, and package ceramic and glass tile products.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Industrial manufacturing facility.
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, dust, and noise.
• Physically active position requiring standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.

• Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
