Senior Tax Associate – Growing CPA Firm (Multiple Locations) Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns including 1040 individual, 1065 partnership, 1120S corporate, non‑profit, and estate returns. Conduct thorough tax research and planning to maximize tax savings and ensure compliance. Assist with tax audits and return examinations. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions. Stay current on tax practices and changes in tax law. Maintain client relationships and provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s or CPA highly desirable. Minimum 5 years of tax experience, focusing on 1040, 1065, 1120S, non‑profit, and estate returns. Strong technical tax skills, proficiency in US GAAP, tax compliance, and planning. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Commitment to professional and client service excellence.
