Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, understanding their unique needs and medical history to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Implement personalized treatment programs for a diverse range of patients, employing advanced physical therapy techniques tailored to enhance recovery.
• Provide in-depth education to patients and their caregivers about recovery processes, exercises, and self-management strategies to empower them in their healing journey.
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools and methodologies to assess progress, adjust treatment plans, and document patient responses in compliance with best practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing insights and strategies that support improved patient outcomes and overall clinic efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey is essential.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program is mandatory.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Competency in utilizing computer-based tools for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
