Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient office in Lincroft, New Jersey, a community known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to health and wellness. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed assessments and history reviews, to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Engage with patients and their families to explain evaluation results and collaboratively set achievable goals, fostering an environment of support and understanding.
• Execute tailored treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, adapting to patient presentations and compliance with evolving healthcare standards.
• Regularly consult with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure the best care practices and make timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Manage discharge planning and appropriate follow-up care, ensuring seamless transitions for patients out of therapy.
• Document all patient care activities promptly and accurately, contributing to a thorough account of the patient's healing journey and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
