PeopleSoft Administrator

PeopleSoft Administrator Location: Charlotte, NC Job Responsibilities Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Infrastructure Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Infrastructure Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to optimize system performance. Support deployment activities, including code migration and system upgrades, with a focus on performance tuning and system optimization. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft administration and Oracle Database management. Strong understanding of PeopleTools Product Upgrades, patches, and related tools like App Designer, Change Assistant, and Data Mover. Hands‑on experience with Linux, shell scripting, and infrastructure environments. Knowledge of load balancing, datacenter resiliency, and business continuity planning. Familiarity with modern tooling such as Git, Jenkins, uDeploy, and ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow.
