Location: West Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Interview: 1 round – 30 minutes

Consultant Type: W2 only (OPT not eligible)

The Supply Enablement Operations team is responsible for creating and maintaining all payee records for all Lines of Business and Enterprise Functions

Systems Used:

• PeopleSoft – System of record for all payments
• Ariba – Used in partnership with Contract Sourcing and Contracts teams

Key Initiatives:

1. Converting suppliers / third-party payees from check payments to ACH/electronic payments
2. Executing early payment discounts negotiated on contracts
3. Supporting ongoing Ariba supplier migration and expansion initiatives

Required:

• PeopleSoft
• Ariba
• Supplier onboarding experience
• Payment operations/supplier management experience
• Along with an accounting background
• Ability to manage high-volume operational work
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Majorly – Accounting Background (Preferred)

• Accuracy with Tax documents
• Payment processing
• Account Payment support
• Purchase order for Payment/Vendor Payment

Additional Notes:

The team currently manages resources supporting Ariba operations and supplier onboarding activities. While PeopleSoft and Ariba experience are strong advantages, the manager is also open to candidates from different backgrounds who demonstrate the ability to quickly understand processes and perform accurately. • Learn the PeopleSoft process quickly
• Support high-volume supplier/payment modifications accurately
• Execute work efficiently with attention to detail
• Handle high-volume supplier setup and maintenance requests accurately
• Support supplier setup requests tied to projects such as Early Pay Discount and Virtual Card
• Monitor Ariba Buying & Invoicing supplier mismatch reports
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies between Ariba and PeopleSoft migration
• Answer process-related questions from peers, managers, internal business groups, and external suppliers
• Troubleshoot escalated and complex issues independently
