IT Project Manager

Technology Program Manager - Hybrid Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Program Manager - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for driving and overseeing the execution of key Cloud Governance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across Cloud Governance, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic programs, enabling scalable and well-governed cloud adoption. Responsibilities Drive and oversee the execution of key Cloud Governance transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams Track delivery against defined milestones, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provide transparency into progress, risks, and outcomes Partner with stakeholders across Cloud Governance, infrastructure, application teams, and control functions to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives Enable scalable, efficient, and well-governed cloud adoption through structured program execution and disciplined tracking of outcomes Manage and track multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to committed timelines, clear accountability, and effective escalation of risks and dependencies Support the development and delivery of governance frameworks, dashboards, and metrics that provide visibility into Cloud Governance performance Requirements 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on PMO, transformation, or large-scale initiative delivery 3+ years of experience in technology environments (cloud, infrastructure, or software delivery) Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and interlocks across teams Strong experience establishing and maintaining program governance routines, including status reporting and cadence meetings Demonstrated ability to drive execution and accountability across a matrixed organization Experience in program planning, roadmap development, and executive communication Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and standard PMO tooling Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or similar tools) Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office Desired Skills Familiarity with Cloud Governance concepts, including use case onboarding, control frameworks, or policy-driven environments Experience supporting operating model transformation, process redesign, or governance implementations Experience developing and tracking program-level metrics and dashboards, including throughput, cycle time, and adoption indicators Understanding of risk, issue, and dependency management Benefits Access to hundreds of clients, most who have been working with Genesis10 for 5-20+ years.
