Finisher/Machine OperatorWe are seeking a skilled machine operator/finisher with 2-3 years of experience to join our new machine shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, loading, and overseeing operations of machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.Responsibilities:Prepare and load machines for operation.Oversee machine operations to ensure optimal performance.Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products.Collaborate with a small team to maintain production standards.Essential Skills:2-3 years of machine operator experience.Proficiency in machine operation and inspection processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in a new machine shop setting.Why Work Here?Our company offers a dynamic work environment with a lot of autonomy in your role. The work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. There is also a 2nd shift available.Job Type & Location:This is a permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
