Loan Workout Quality Assurance
Meritore Technologies
Review physical legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with state requirements. Validate that all items in documents match corresponding paperwork. Check notarization and other legal formalities on documents. Test information before sending it to third‑party legal partners. Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed. Follow defined parameters while exercising judgment and understanding compliance requirements. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum year months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience , or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Knowledge: Understanding of credit cards and collection law (ideal); familiarity with litigation and civil procedures.
