Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Patient Care Specialist to support our busy primary care office with 25 providers. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinic, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Primary Responsibilities Check patients in and out with accuracy and professionalism Verify insurance and update patient records Collect co‑payments and process transactions Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Handle medical records requests Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience Support general front office operations as needed What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of front‑facing customer service experience Healthcare front office experience required Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Strong communication and organizational skills Pleasant, professional demeanor Basic computer proficiency Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required Athena EMR experience is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) 7 paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO)
