This role requires a unique blend of operational expertise and marketing savvy, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. What You'll Do: Assist with restaurant openings and closures, including training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with brand standards Help with training and stocktaking, including conducting inventory audits, managing stock levels, and providing guidance to team members Provide exceptional and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Support the implementation of local marketing campaigns, including social media management, promotional material distribution, and event coordination Adhere to food handling, safety, and sanitization standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and team members What You'll Bring: Have work authorization in the United States. Have at least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role. Excel at providing exceptional customer service with energy and engagement. Possess strong communication skills for interacting with both customers and team members. Familiarity with marketing campaigns, social media management, and promotional strategies. Understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff training, and customer service standards. Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform marketing and operations decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
