What You'll Do Strip (\"tip out\") finished concrete products from forms after curing Work as part of a crew to break down forms and prepare them for the next production cycle Use hand tools and equipment to assist with form breakdown Clean, scrape, and prep molds and materials for reuse Assist with moving products and materials safely using tools/equipment Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE What You'll Need Available to work overnight starting at 1 AM until production is complete (typically 8-10 hours) Comfortable with heavy, hands‑on work (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling) Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced, physical production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred Your Education High School Diploma or GED required We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
