On-Site IT Support Technician - Desktop & Devices
Iron Systems
Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an on-site Field Services Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. You will perform desk-side support, data migrations, and software installations while ensuring timely ticket resolution and adherence to SLAs. The role requires experience with Windows OS, MS Office, VPN, and hardware troubleshooting, with travel to remote sites as needed.
