Executive Assistant to CEO (AetnaOhioRISE)

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the Aetna OhioRISE CEO and leadership team. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance This person will provide a wide range of administrative duties for Plan CEO and C-Suite with regional or national scope.

  • Compiles and analyzes complex data for specialized reports, manages calendar, develops presentation material providing charts and graphs, and coordinate meeting agendas & minutes.
  • Screens telephone calls, answers routine questions and furnishes information.
  • Operates and maintain various office equipment.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Orders maintains office supplies.
  • Manage and provide back-up support to reception/mailroom function
  • Coordinates office facilities including space, lease, furniture, equipment, building and telephone system maintenance
  • Involved in HR activities for the NJ Medicaid Team including; job posting, recruiting, interview process, new hire installation, office setup, annual comp
  • SAR Coordinator
  • Assist with Plan's audit, gathering documents and uploading to SharePoint site
  • Mentors less experienced administrative support staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Work experience as an Executive/Sr. Assistant or equivalent experience
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.01 - $48.08

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
