• Earning potential: $400,000 – $700,000+ based on production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform a full range of procedures including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and periodontal treatments.
• Manage complex cases including full-mouth reconstruction and advanced treatment planning.
• Educate patients on treatment options and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through leadership and clinical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active dental license in Colorado (or ability to obtain).
• Current CPR certification.

Experience Requirements:

• All experience levels encouraged to apply; however, strong clinical foundation preferred.
