HR Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our human resources team in day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation
- Help manage employee attendance and leave records
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and HR information systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
