Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.-------------What You'll Do as an Apartment Bilingual Leasing Agent:We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:· Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm· Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance· Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation· Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects· Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement· Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations· Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement· Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks· Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor-------------What We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you MUST have:· Minimum 2 Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)· Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close· Excellent customer service and communication abilities· A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance· Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED· Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred· Stable work history· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation· Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIREDImportant: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.-------------What Adara Offers You:· Competitive pay· Excellent commission opportunities· Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance· Generous PTO· Rental housing discounts· A supportive, people-first culture· Salary Range: $20-$22/hour-------------If you're a resident driven leasing professional with exceptional sales and customer service skills looking for a community and company that values your experience and expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
