Production Specialist – (Grow Live Crickets, Full-Time, Days)

Location: 7795 N Gilmore Rd, Fairfield, OH 45014

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM OR Sunday - Thursday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours will fluctuate based on production schedules, shipping schedules, and company needs)

Work Environment: Comfortable working in hot, humid, dusty conditions

The Production Specialist is a key team member in our insect farming and production operations. This position is responsible for supporting daily production activities, insect husbandry, quality control, sanitation, inventory management, and facility operations.

Successful team members are dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced production environment.

• Perform daily insect husbandry and production tasks
• Handle and work directly with live insects safely and responsibly
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process
• Operate basic equipment: tape guns, packaging tools, and materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
• Follow safety and handling procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and production output
• Assist with facility cleanliness and operational readiness
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals
