Regional Sales Manager

We’re partnering with a growing technology company that is looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to its team. This is a great opportunity for a driven, self-starting sales professional who enjoys building new business and developing relationships within the automotive dealership space. This position will focus heavily on new business development, including outbound prospecting, pipeline development, product demonstrations, and building relationships with dealership decision-makers. The ideal candidate has a true hunter mentality, is comfortable working autonomously, and has a track record of successfully selling SaaS/software solutions. What You’ll Do Develop new business with automotive dealerships through outbound prospecting and lead generation Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, dealership leadership, and end users Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations Manage the sales process from initial outreach through contracting and close Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts Utilize CRM and business intelligence tools to manage pipeline and analyze sales activity Partner closely with Account Management and Client Services to ensure a strong customer experience Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets What We’re Looking For Proven success in business development and SaaS/software sales Strong outbound prospecting and new-logo acquisition experience Consultative sales approach with the ability to sell value rather than price Confident presenting and building relationships with executive-level decision-makers Self-motivated and comfortable operating in an autonomous/virtual environment Strong closing skills with a results-oriented, competitive mindset Automotive dealership or broader automotive industry experience is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Curran Recruiting
