For the past three years, we've been one of the fastest-growing residential painting companies in Maryland. Our growth is driven by our commitment to our people, our customers, and creating opportunities for motivated individuals to advance.

What You'll Do

• Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our painting services
• Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
• Identify homeowners who are interested in painting or home improvement projects
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression of our company
• Track appointments and customer information accurately
• Represent our company professionally in the community

What We're Looking For

• No sales experience required — we'll train the right person
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and willing to continuously improve
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Previous door-to-door, canvassing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
