Project Manager, HR Job and Skill Architecture

Are you an experienced HR Project Manager looking to drive impactful enterprise transformation? We are seeking a skilled HR Project Manager to oversee the execution of a key Job & Skills Architecture (JSA) initiative in close alignment with a major Workday implementation.

In this high-visibility role, you will act as the operational bridge between internal business leaders, cross-functional HR streams, and external vendor partners. You will lead milestone delivery, drive cross-workstream coordination (including Compensation, Change Management, and Communications), and maintain rigorous governance reporting for executive stakeholders. If you hold a PMP certification, bring 7+ years of project management expertise, and excel at translating complex HR technology roadmaps into flawless execution, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities

• Program & Milestone Delivery: Maintain the integrated JSA project plan aligned with Workday timelines. Drive project deliverables, track progress against critical milestones, and publish weekly status reports.

• Workstream Alignment: Manage dependencies across JSA, Workday, Compensation, HRBP, Change Management, and Communications teams. Facilitate stakeholder reviews and maintain the dependency tracker.

• RAID & Governance Management: Proactively maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log. Recommend risk mitigation strategies, escalate decision points to leadership, and maintain the decision log.

• Executive & Vendor Oversight: Coordinate timelines and deliverables with external vendor partners. Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee updates, and governance meeting materials to track action items through resolution.
