Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Location: Near Huntsville, TX

MLee has been engaged to recruit an FNP for a growing family medical practice. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join the team. As an FNP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses, health promotion, disease prevention, and counseling
• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered, team-based care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Educate patients and families about their health and wellness needs
• Adhere to practice protocols and guidelines, as well as state and federal laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to independently manage complex patients and conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and compassionate approach
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
