- Mappingresearch, boundary analysis, calculations, exhibits, and legal descriptionpreparation
- Proficiency inCivil 3D (preferred); MicroStation Inroads (a plus)
- Familiaritywith Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
- Knowledge ofTrimble Business Center and Carlson software
- Previous fieldexperience is a plus
- Qualifications
- The idealcandidate will have a California PLS and at least 5 years of officemapping experience on both private land development and public worksprojects.
- In-depthknowledge of the California Subdivision Map Act, Professional SurveyorsAct, and local Civil Codes
- Strongleadership and excellent communication skills
- Preparing CADdrawings for boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA/NSPS Land TitleSurveys, as-built surveys, subdivision maps, and other related drawings
- Processingprojects with City and County agencies
