The HonorHealth Bob Bov Neuroscience Institute in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale is seeking a dedicated Sport Neurologist - Concussion & TBI to join our world-class team at the HonorHealth Osborn Medical Center in collaboration with the HonorHealth Sports Medicine Program at the new Pima Center which is 100,000 sq foot sports and fitness center.

Opened in 2021, this 120,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is Arizonas newest multidisciplinary center for coordinated neurological and musculoskeletal care. Neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics, PM&R, neuroradiology, pain management, and specialized therapy all come together in one collaborative environment.

NEW HonorHealth Medical Campus at Pima Center Opening 2026

The upcoming HonorHealth Medical Campus at Pima Center will expand integrated, whole-person care by combining outpatient services with fitness, nutrition, injury prevention, and lifestyle medicine under one roof.

Located off Loop 101 and Pima Road, this 100,000-square-foot ambulatory center is built around the goal of fostering a community focused on performance, long-term health, and well-being .

This medically supervised fitness model supports prevention and treatment of chronic disease and expands collaborative opportunities for concussion evaluation, recovery, neuro-orthopedic care, and performance optimization.

Position Description Neuro/Ortho Brain Concussion Specialist

\n
• Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of acute and chronic concussion, post-concussive syndrome, neuro-trauma symptoms, and musculoskeletal or vestibular sequelae linked to head injury.
\n
• Lead and expand a multidisciplinary concussion program supported by neuropsychology, neuroradiology, vestibular therapy, orthopedics, sports medicine, PM&R, and headache specialists.
\n
• Access to advanced diagnostics and integrated care pathways, including:
  \n ? 3T MRI with neuro-trauma and functional imaging
  \n ? Neuropsychological and cognitive testing
  \n ? Vestibular and concussion rehabilitation teams
  \n ? Headache/migraine specialists
  \n ? Spine, pain management, and musculoskeletal experts
  \n ? Complex neuro-diagnostics (EEG, EMG, autonomic testing)
\n
• Develop and standardize concussion protocols across EDs, urgent care, sports medicine, primary care, and neurology networks.
\n
• Provide outreach to schools, athletic organizations, and community partners, supporting safe return-to-play and return-to-learn guidelines.

Participate in clinical and translational research involving concussion recovery, TBI biomarkers, imaging, wearable technology, neuro-engineering, and digital healthsupported by the HonorHealth Research Institute and ASU.
