Case Manager
The Case Manager provides trauma-informed case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and resource coordination to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and other crimes. This position supports survivors residing in emergency shelter by increasing safety, accessing essential services, overcoming barriers, and achieving long-term stability and independence. The Case Manager works collaboratively with survivors to identify strengths, establish goals, develop safety plans, and connect with community resources while promoting empowerment and self-determination. Expected hours: 37.5 hours a week.
