Senior Operations Manager, Office of the Chief Growth Officer Senior Operations Manager – a mission‑critical leadership role within the Office of the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), responsible for strengthening enterprise performance across growth, strategy, and technology. Serves as a strategic integrator and operational catalyst, ensuring CGO priorities are executed with discipline, transparency, and speed. Reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer. Key Contributions and Impact Principal advisor and trusted strategic partner to the Chief Growth Officer, ensuring alignment and disciplined advancement of the CGO's enterprise agenda. Primary operational liaison to senior leaders across GDIT, enabling coordinated execution and unified direction on growth, strategy, and technology initiatives. Brings high emotional intelligence, strong analytical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to anticipate organizational needs, inform executive decision‑making, and drive clarity across the enterprise. Collaborates with the Growth leadership team to design, operationalize, and advance initiatives spanning daily operational requirements to long‑range strategic imperatives. Leads and refines the operating rhythm of the CGO Office, driving high‑impact executive engagements, structured priority setting, efficient decision flow, and accountability across workstreams. Oversees operational execution with precision—identifying risks early, removing barriers to progress, escalating issues strategically, and maintaining momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives. Maintains a real‑time enterprise view of all growth and strategy initiatives to enhance visibility, transparency, and informed decision‑making for senior leadership. Identifies opportunities to elevate operational performance and champions innovative solutions—such as enterprise‑level dashboards and performance tools—to improve transparency, efficiency, and outcomes. Develops and delivers executive‑level materials, including strategic briefings, decision documents, and engagement packages that distill complex information into concise, actionable insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years supporting senior executives. MS Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, SharePoint and AI Fluency. Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. US Citizenship required. Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling highly sensitive issues. Preferred: Experience in Department of War, Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, civilian agencies, or emerging technology within a CTO‑level organization. Job Details Location: Onsite, Falls Church, VA, USA. Work hours: 40 per week. Travel: 10–25%. Telecommuting: Onsite only. Salary range: $155,550 – $210,450 (subject to experience, location and contractual requirements).
