We are seeking an Intake Coordinator who is passionate about helping people, providing exceptional client service, and creating a positive first impression for prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with others, staying highly organized, and managing sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. The Intake Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, conduct detailed intake interviews, organize case information, review submitted materials, and communicate effectively with attorneys regarding potential new matters. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone and email
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather facts and supporting documentation
• Accurately document, organize, and maintain intake information and client materials
• Review materials submitted by prospective clients for completeness and relevance
• Communicate promptly and effectively with attorneys regarding potential new matters
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment during client interactions

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in the legal field
• The ability to manage a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Bonus Experience:

• Prior experience conducting intake at a law firm
• Prior experience in call center environment
