Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location University City, NC Job ID 30427 Responsibilities Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment. Compensation $84,500 – $119,000 annually, plus performance, mentorship, and other bonuses. Benefits Remote work: up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days). Manageable caseload: support up to 8 children. No non‑compete clauses.
