Benefits: Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Position Overview The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful outcomes for clients.
