BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Success On The Spectrum – San Marco is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families. DUTIES Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and evidence-based ABA services Collect and analyze client progress data Train, mentor, and support RBTs Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Provide parent training and coaching Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed QUALIFICATIONS Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA preferred Individually credentialed and in‑network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) at the time of hire preferred WHY JOIN OUR TEAM Work-Life Balance Monday–Friday 8am - 4pm No nights, weekends, or on‑call responsibilities Focus on Clinical Excellence — Not Administrative Tasks No scheduling, HR, or insurance chasing Manage a reasonable caseload based on your availability Focus on assessments, treatment supervision, RBT development, and parent coaching Clinical Support Clinical decisions remain with you Support from our experienced Clinical Director Access to ongoing BCBA training and clinical resources COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: $82,000–$98,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Retirement: 401(k) with 5% employer match Paid Time Off: 10 days PTO + 10 paid holidays annually Company-paid BLS/CPR and QBS Safety certifications Supportive and collaborative clinic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
