What You’ll Own Business development and partnership pipeline Ambassador program and city launch playbook B2B sales process for SMB business accounts Operational infrastructure across hiring, finance, and GTM Event partnerships and pilot program execution What We Need Direct experience operating a marketplace, platform, or data business Have taken a company from early traction to significant scale Understand both consumer flywheels and B2B sales cycles Comfortable building from early stage with high ownership Aligned with consent-native, community-first values What We Don’t Need Someone who needs a playbook handed to them A title collector Anyone who optimizes for extraction over trust Compensation Meaningful equity.
