Production Lead

If so, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end flow—product fabrication, order preparation and collation, packaging quality, and shipment processing and manifesting—while maintaining an organized fulfillment workspace. What you’ll take on Own a cohesive workflow and keep the right work moving accurately, efficiently, and on time Broadcast production schedule priorities so the team always knows what’s next Prioritize, facilitate, and expedite orders to meet customer due dates Guarantee reporting tools are complete and correct Monitor data collection methods, accuracy, and reporting cadence for all operational metrics Collect and analyze performance data daily, weekly, monthly, and annually to track workflow and process improvement Advance process improvements, including workflow system development Recommend and develop future automated order picking systems and processes Benchmark and track the latest shipping systems and small‑package delivery options to minimize freight expense to GSP and our customers Provide regular status updates to pertinent personnel and senior management Foster seamless collaboration between Fulfillment and other departments Refine, communicate, and manage department policies and procedures Establish and monitor training for both new hires and existing team members How you’ll know you’re winning Orders flow without bottlenecks; rush jobs hit their dates Metrics are trustworthy, timely, and used to guide decisions Shipping choices consistently balance speed and cost for the customer and GSP The team is cross‑trained, engaged, and follows clear procedures Must‑haves Supervisory experience Packaging experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
