What You'll Do

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and team members, ensuring collaborative care.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation within electronic medical record systems.
• Supervise and support rehabilitation aides, students, or assistants as needed.
• Participate in meetings such as patient care conferences and training sessions.

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, wound care, and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
