What You'll Do:

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans using evidence-based practices.
• Administer therapeutic procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes in compliance with regulations.
• Provide education, counseling, and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient status and care plans.
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, aides, or students.
• Complete all required documentation and participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with APTA and state practice acts.

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1-2 years outpatient or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
