Certified Nursing Assistant - Evening Shift
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Identify and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and participate in ongoing assessments and care planning
Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork, empathy, and open communication
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience working in a healthcare setting
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, and weekends as needed
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
