Sheppard Pratt Careers in Towson, MD is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage intraday staff planning and timekeeping, making staffing adjustments based on real-time patient traffic and unit needs. You will partner with unit managers to create efficient schedules, account for holidays, leave, training, and events, and help ensure policy alignment.
