Project Managers - Building Envelope

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale building envelope and façade projects throughout the DFW market and across the United States. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from contract award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved. About the Role The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex curtain wall, storefront, window wall, architectural metal, and exterior façade packages on large commercial construction projects. Experience coordinating engineering, fabrication, procurement, and field installation teams is essential. Responsibilities Manage multiple building envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout. Review project contracts, specifications, drawings, and scope requirements. Coordinate with architects, consultants, general contractors, owners, and internal teams. Lead project schedules, manpower planning, procurement, and material deliveries. Manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation. Oversee fabrication schedules and coordinate production activities with manufacturing teams. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, billing, and collections. Work closely with field superintendents to ensure successful installation and project execution. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining project profitability. Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within the building envelope, glazing, façade, or specialty construction industry. Experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $50M+. Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, architectural metals, metal panels, rainscreen systems, and exterior façade construction. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and change orders. Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Skills High‑rise curtain wall construction. Healthcare, aviation, hospitality, education, mixed‑use, multifamily, mission‑critical/data center, and commercial office projects. Design‑assist and design‑build project delivery methods. Experience working directly with fabrication facilities and engineering departments.
