Structured Finance and Securitization Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Structured Finance and Securitization team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. Candidates with general capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance experience and an interest in securitization are also encouraged to apply. Duties Represent financial institutions in various asset-backed securitization transactions. Engage in structured lending transactions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, or purchasers. Focus on repo finance, digital infrastructure, and trade receivable finance. Participate in warehouse lending and structured private credit facilities. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience. Superior academic credentials. Previous large law firm experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
