This is an outside sales role designed for a hungry, energetic professional who thrives on high-volume activity and face-to-face networking. You will be pitching a high-value, complex investment model to successful entrepreneurs—the best real estate agents in your market.> While first-year earnings typically start north of $70,000 , your compensation is tied directly to your production, offering a clear path to-six-figure income for top performers. Proactive Lead Generation Your main responsibilities involve diving headfirst into the community to source and close deals: Targeted Cold Calling and digital outreach. Networking at Open Houses and Industry Events. Strategic Door Knocking in key territories. High-Stakes Presentation & Negotiation Confidently present the Fusion investment model to successful agents. You must be able to manage difficult, high-level conversations and guide strong-willed individuals to embrace our unique, transformative perspective. The Profile: Are You a Fit?
