Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - OB/GYN  to the group at  NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln . Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Today, Lincoln stands as a leader in the transformation in healthcare in the Downtown Bronx community. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with  Weill Medical College of Cornell University  to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details:

• GYN Inpatient/Emergency Department: Providing clinical care and assisting in the OR.
• GYN Outpatient: Managing routine and complex outpatient GYN care.
• OB Inpatient: Includes postpartum care and assisting in cesarean deliveries.
• Schedule : Shifts are variable, including days, nights, weekends, or solely nights.

Qualifications

• Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant.
• Current certification issued by the NCCPA.
• Must be ACLS/BLS certified.
• DEA Certification.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure. 

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**,  which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
• Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, CME.
• Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
