Key Responsibilities

As an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for adult patients, gathering pertinent medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests.
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic health conditions, collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices while considering the patient's values and preferences.
• Prescribing medications and therapies, continually assessing and modifying treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
