Work Environment

This position will be onsite at our assisted living facility, where you will engage with patients in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult patients including detailed medical history reviews, physical examinations, and the ordering of diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses, consulting with physicians and specialists when necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are based on evidence-based practices and tailored to patient preferences.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, regularly revising treatment plans to optimize patient health outcomes.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health management, focusing on promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
• Perform necessary medical procedures within your scope of practice while ensuring utmost patient safety and comfort.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and continuity across healthcare settings.
• Stay current with advancements in adult healthcare and best practice techniques to continually enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Adult Nurse Practitioner, your primary focus will be on adult patients, many of whom may have complex medical histories requiring careful attention and management. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on adult-gerontology.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $220,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
