Work Environment

As a Nurse Practitioner at St. Nicolas Cardiology & Medical Centers, you will work onsite at our hospital facility. Your standard working hours will range from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m., contributing to a balanced work schedule of about 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, identifying both acute and chronic health conditions.
• Diagnose and manage patient health issues, promoting preventive care and health education tailored to community needs.
• Collaborate with local community organizations to develop and implement innovative health education programs aimed at enhancing health literacy.
• Deliver culturally competent care, ensuring patient advocacy for equitable access to healthcare services.
• Manage referrals for specialty care and coordinate follow-up services to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient medical records to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practice standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
